Shipping policy
Shipping and Delivery Time
Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will
always be estimated in business days (this does not include
weekends/holidays). Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider,
arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service
that has been selected.
We are not held responsible for:
- Mistakes made by shipping carriers
- Wrong addresses given by customers
- Damage to orders by postal service
- PO box issues
- Stolen packages after delivery
Fulfillment time
Fulfillment time is 1-2 business days.
Custom/Personalized orders are 1-3 business days.
(Business Days, by definition, does not include weekends and holidays.)
Orders within Canada
We use ChitChats or Canada Post to ship your order (unless otherwise indicated by your shipping method).
This can take anywhere between 2-10 business days (which excludes holidays and weekends).
Orders will be shipped with tracking number with the exception of individual sticker orders
Stickers Orders
Stickers order will be shipped via Regular Letter mail. This service does not include any tracking information.
International Orders
We offer international shipping to select countries. If your country is eligible for shipping, the option will appear at checkout.
Orders are shipped using ChitChats or Canada Post (unless a different shipping method is selected at checkout). Delivery times typically range from 10–21 business days, depending on the destination. Please note that delivery estimates do not include weekends or holidays and may vary based on local postal services.
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees that may be charged by their country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the purchase or shipping cost.
All orders include a tracking number, except for individual sticker orders, which may be shipped without tracking.
